Acer Electric Bike 2025

Acer, the well-known Taiwanese tech company, is making a big push into the electric vehicle (EV) market in India, which is growing rapidly. They've teamed up with an Indian electric mobility firm to roll out a variety of electric scooters and bikes to cater to the increasing demand for sustainable transportation options in urban areas.

Recently, on January 24, 2025, Acer Electric opened its first showroom in Nagole, Hyderabad. This new space showcases its initial lineup of electric vehicles, including models like the Muvi 125 5G e-bike, CPX Pro, TC Max, and Skypher Pro e-cycle. These vehicles are designed for city commuters who are looking for stylish designs, advanced technology, and dependable performance for their daily travels.

One of their standout models is the MUVI 125 4G electric scooter, which is built specifically for navigating city streets. It’s lightweight and easy to handle, with an electric motor that’s perfect for stop-and-go traffic. This scooter has two swappable battery packs, each with a capacity of 1.25 kWh, giving it a range of up to 80 kilometers on a single charge. Plus, charging is quite flexible— a standard charger can fully reload the batteries in around 3 hours, and a fast charger can do it in just 1 hour. This setup is ideal for both everyday users and those who might be managing a fleet of scooters.

Acer’s entry into this market is built on a collaborative agreement with a local EV specialist that manages the design, production, and distribution of these vehicles. Meanwhile, Acer brings its brand reputation and worldwide expertise in consumer technology to the table. This partnership isn’t just about scooters; they plan on expanding to other products too, including electric bicycles, high-performance e-bikes, and compact electric trikes. They aim to create smart, connected vehicles that are efficient and appealing to urban customers who want reliable and stylish transportation options.

Looking forward, Acer’s move into the electric mobility space fits into its larger strategy of diversifying and innovating. With India being a hotbed for EV growth, we can expect more models from them in the near future, along with a bigger presence in major cities. By combining tech-driven features with practical designs and competitive pricing, Acer is positioning its electric two-wheelers to be strong contenders in the urban transportation market, whether for everyday commutes, last-mile delivery, or leisurely rides.
